The Music and Media Library's Group Viewing Room (Rm. 423) seats up to 20 people and handles a large variety of equipment interfaces and media formats. Use of the room is limited to Emory classes. To ensure access for everyone, no single class may use the room more than six times per semester. Instructors may reserve the room by filling out the online GVR Booking Form.

Students may not reserve the room in advance, but groups of 3 or more may use it to view course-related videos upon the staff's discretion. Users are encouraged to use one of the Individual Workstations on Level 4 to view and listen to DVDs, Blu-Rays, VHS, CDs, audiocassettes, and more.
