  • The Laney Graduate School Student Affairs team will provide the Woodruff Library with a list of eligible students annually in May.
  • The Library will email an invitation to apply for a graduate study to eligible students in the following order to ensure equitable access to the limited number of studies available.
    • Tier 1 = 6th year students and above
    • Tier 2 = 5th year students
    • Tier 3 = 4th year students
  • Students receiving an invitation to apply will have one week to respond to the invitation and complete and return the Graduate Study Contract outlining terms of use and documenting the support of the applicant’s PI/DGS (signatures required).
  • The annual invitation process will conclude when all available studies are assigned.
  • Students not eligible for a Graduate Study may apply for a library carrel located in the Woodruff Library Stack Tower. Carrels offer reserved open study space and a small locker for storage.
